Joycon (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to joycon.example and to all goods and services offered there.
1. Information we collect
- Account info — name, email, password hash when you register an account or check out.
- Order info — items purchased, billing address, transaction IDs returned by our payment processor.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited, timestamps, captured via cookies and server logs for security and analytics.
- Communications — content of any email, contact-form, or support message you send us.
We do not store full credit card numbers; payment data is handled directly by the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) under their own policies.

5. International transfers
Joycon is operated from China and serves customers globally. By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in China and any other jurisdiction where our processors are located, with appropriate safeguards.
6. Data retention
We retain order and accounting data for as long as required by applicable tax law (typically 5–10 years). Support email threads are retained for up to 3 years. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you’ve previously given. To exercise any of these rights email kunzhuangtrade@sina.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access controls. No method of online transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, please email us so we can delete it.
10. Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email where reasonable.
