These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of joycon.example (the “Site”) and any digital goods, downloads, or services offered through it (the “Products”). The Site is operated by Zhijiang Kunzhuang Trading Co., Ltd. (“Joycon,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Joycon. By placing an order you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours (or you have authorization to use it).

2. Products and tiers

Joycon sells digital icon packs delivered as downloadable files. Each pack ships in three tiers — Standard ($24.99), Premium ($79.99), and Deluxe ($149.99). The only difference between tiers is the number of icons included; the design language and file formats are the same. Tier-specific icon counts are stated on each product page.

3. License grant

When your purchase is completed and payment received, Joycon grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the icons in the purchased pack:

Across unlimited personal and commercial projects.
In digital and printed form.
Without attribution.
For an unlimited number of end users of the projects you produce.

The Deluxe tier additionally grants lifetime free updates to that pack. Standard and Premium tiers include free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. License restrictions

You may NOT:

Re-sell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the source files (SVG / PNG / Figma / IconJar bundles) on their own or as part of a competing icon library.
Upload Joycon source files to icon-marketplace platforms or stock-asset libraries.
Use the icons in ways that promote hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates applicable law.
Reverse-engineer or claim authorship of the underlying glyphs.

5. Orders, payment, and delivery

Orders are placed in US dollars and processed by third-party payment processors. Once payment is confirmed, a download link is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, and the order is also visible inside the customer account. Download links remain valid indefinitely barring extraordinary circumstances; we recommend you back up downloaded files locally.

6. Refund policy

Because Joycon ships digital goods that are immediately downloadable, all sales are final once the download link has been generated. We will, however, issue refunds in the following cases: a duplicate charge, a Product that materially differs from its description on the Site, or a Product that cannot be downloaded due to a verified technical fault on our side that we cannot resolve within 7 business days. 7. Intellectual property

All Site content, including icons, illustrations, copy, photography, code, and the Joycon brand, is the intellectual property of Joycon or licensed to it. The license you receive when purchasing a Product is described in Section 3 above. No other rights are transferred.

8. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Joycon is not liable for losses caused by credential sharing or by your failure to keep your account secure.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joycon’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or any Product shall not exceed the amount you paid Joycon in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Joycon harmless from any claim, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of a Product or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers where reasonable.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the seller’s registered office.
